About Me
Having done yoga on and off for over 20 years, flexibility is still an ongoing practice. Over the years, I have added the practice of meditation and learned to connect the movements of the poses with the breath. I have been challenged by really listening to my body and allowing myself to not judge my practice. Every day brings more opportunity for growing my practice, both through asanas (poses) and meditation.
Trainings and Certifications
-200 hour Vinyasa Certified Yoga Instructor through Evenflow Yoga and registered with the Yoga Alliance.
-Ayurveda Health Counselor (AHC) and Ayurveda Yoga Specialist (AYS) Certified through the Himalayan Institute. These programs are NAMA-approved for the purpose of providing Ayurveda counseling and lifestyle enhancements to my students and individual clients.
-Big Spring Cleanse Certificate through Kathryn Templeton - Yoga and Ayurveda for Seasonal Change Support
-Level One Children's Yoga Training with Little Flower Yoga at the Princeton Center for Yoga and Health.
-Online Journey Training with Sadie Nardini, Founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga.
-Online Total Transformation Yoga Teacher Training: Anatomy & Flow with Sadie Nardini, Founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga.
-Online Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Program: Prenatal Hatha Yoga with Yoga Education Institute.
